Debbie Miller

I am a lifetime resident of Northwest Indiana, helping sellers and buyers with their real estate needs since 1995. I have successfully handled many challenging real estate transactions throughout the years. Every property has something unique and special about it. My strength is identifying those unique qualities and marketing them.

I have worked with hundreds of buyers throughout the years and have learned that listening to my clients wants and needs is one of the most important aspects of my job. My vast experience allows me to advise buyers and protect them against foreseeable, but not obvious, problems throughout the buying journey.

I have extensive education and experience in my field.

I believe a person must continue learning to remain proficient and competitive. In addition to a business degree from Indiana University I hold these real estate designations: CRB Certified Residential Broker, ABR Accredited Buyers Agent, SFR Short Sale and Foreclosure Real Estate. 

Dani Melcher

I have literally grown up in the real estate industry. Having a successful Realtor for a mom has allowed me to see how to negotiate and market real estate effectively so that our clients are thrilled with our efforts. I earned my real estate license in 2013 after graduating from Purdue University with a degree in social work. This experience has served me well in understanding our clients' needs and motivations when buying or selling a home.

Having been raised in Valparaiso, I have first hand knowledge of our community and communities throughout Northwest Indiana.

As a team, my mom and I understand how different generations of home buyers are searching for real estate and are able to get the listings we represent in front of the right buyers. We are able to work together to make sure every "I" is dotted and every "T" is crossed to ensure a smooth real estate transaction.
